Co-founder & President
Tiffany currently serves as Client Partner for IA&C and is devoted to combining her entrepreneurial spirit and excellent knowledge of the digital landscape. She offers strong leadership, providing clients strong strategy and project teams excellent motivation.
Prior to founding IA&C, Tiffany served as Managing Director for the Los Angeles office of Studiocom. During her 5 year tenure, she helped propel the growth of the Los Angeles office from single digits in team size, client size, and revenue to 20 team members and millions of dollars in revenue..
In addition she solidified relationships with global clients and brands such as Activision, Mattel, Nestle, 20th Century Fox and Disney. Other accomplishments include successful personnel management, relationship management, and financial management.
She holds a Marketing & Communications degree within the School of Business from University of Georgia and often can be found on the public speaking circuit.

Co-founder & Executive Creative Director
J.M. leads creative: brand development, user experience, copy, design, video and animation. He has 12 years of hands-on and leadership experience many channels, with a focus on digital marketing.
Before starting IA&C, J.M. served as Creative Director and V.P. of WPP’s Studiocom Los Angeles office. For 6 years, he was the Creative Lead for all L.A. clients including Stouffer’s, Nestlé WONKA, 20th Century Fox, and Mattel.
Prior to that, he served as Sr. Art Director at Boston-based Digitas, one of the nation’s largest interactive and direct marketing agencies. His ability to integrate online and offline communications into one, seamless brand voice was leveraged by several high-profile clients, including AT&T and GM. Before Digitas, J-M worked his way from designer to ACD in 6 years at iXL, with clients like 20th Century Fox, Sprite, CNN, WebMD, Delta, and Newscorp.
His work has been recognized by The One Show, and the New England Direct Marketing Association.
